Aulis

Hidden on St Anne’s Court, just off Dean Street, Aulis is exclusively limited to twelve guests. At each service, it offers a dynamic and interactive dining experience, in which a series of dishes are cooked in front of you and explained at every stage. Aulis London was awarded its first Michelin Star in the 2024 UK & Northern Ireland Michelin Guide.

Expect a multiple-course tasting menu that reflects Simon’s signature style and farm-to-fork ethos created by executive chef Oli Marlow and head chef Charlie Tayler.

Our tasting menu is priced at £185 which is taken as pre-payment. We also offer a selection of wine pairings and drink packages for our guests to choose from, which are charged separately on the night. Please kindly note that a discretionary 15% service charge will be added to the bill at the end of your meal.

In spring 2023, Aulis London opened with a new look, including additional seating and its very own lounge, providing diners with a relaxed and convivial space to enjoy drinks before or after dinner.

Aulis can be booked by a single party or as separate bookings, and has been designed to ignite culinary conversations, whilst the menu has been created using ingredients predominantly sourced from Simon’s Lake District farm known as Our Farm.

The chef's table is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and lunch on Saturday.

Due to the nature of the dining experience, we are unable to accommodate individual dietary requirements and dislikes. However, severe allergies, pregnancy, religious reasons, and some intolerances may be accommodated for - please speak to our team before making a booking. All menus and prices are subject to change.
